Financial Assistance Instructions for the 2025-2026 Academic Year
Financial Assistance Instructions: Deadline is December 15
With the fall term under way, we are now preparing for enrollment for the 2025-2026 academic year. All returning families who receive financial assistance as well as those seeking financial assistance for the first time must complete the following steps by December 15, 2024:
1) Complete the Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS)
The School & Student Services (SSS) family portal is now available. If you applied for financial assistance last year, log into the (SSS) family portal as a returning family using the same email address and password. Remember the financial aid application, also known as the Parent Financial Statement (PFS), takes some time to complete. Plan ahead and give yourself the time you need in order to meet the December 15 deadline.
2) Submit your 2023 Federal Tax Return
If you have not shared your 2023 tax documents with us, this step is very important. Your financial assistance application for the 2025-26 academic year will not be considered until we have received your 2023 tax returns. Be sure to upload your 2023 federal income tax returns with all schedules/statements through your secured (SSS) family portal by clicking on the “My Documents” tab and uploading in the “Required Documents” section.
3) Submit Supporting Documents for Multiple Tuition Costs (K-12/College)
For households with additional children in tuition-charging K-12 schools and/or college, please upload all tuition statements for the 2024-2025 academic year for each child through your secured (SSS) family portal by clicking on the “My Documents” tab and uploading in the “Additional Documents” section. All uploaded tuition statements must demonstrate the total tuition amount your family is responsible for in the 2024-2025 academic year.
4) Submit Supporting Documents for Significant Change in Family Circumstances
If you have had a significant change in family circumstances that may financially impact your household and affect your child’s enrollment at Peddie, please use the “Other Information” section of your Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) to share all pertinent details. Upload all documentation related to the change in family circumstances through your secured (SSS) family portal by clicking on the “My Documents” tab and uploading in the “Additional Documents” section.
