Six Falcons competed in the Sam Cali Invitational from Saturday, Dec. 27 to Sunday, Dec. 28 at the Morristown National Guard Armory. AJ Stover (132 pounds) placed fourth overall. Stover wrestled to a 3-2 overall record, knocking off the fifth seed along the way. He wrestled a tough match against the first seed in the semifinals and lost a close match to the third seed from Delbarton 4-2 to finish fourth overall. Augie Cassidy (215 pounds) and Ryan Horner (126 pounds) both made it to the quarterfinals. Zane Shama (113 pounds), Landon Lill (138 pounds) and Xzavier Torres (175 pounds) also competed. The Falcons next compete in the Bissell Tournament on Saturday, Jan. 10 at 7 p.m. at The Hill School.
