Coed Varsity Cross Country vs NJISAA Prep A & B Championships on 10/29/2025
Competing in the boys and girls Prep A races, the Falcons placed fourth as a team in both contests and had one runner finish in each top ten: Caitlin Williams ’26 took sixth in the girls race with a time of 20:07 while Elie Meyer ’26 took 10th in the boys race, crossing the line in 17:25.
Not far behind Williams were tri-captains Shanel Tan ’26 (13th, 20:36) and Charis Chien ’27 (16th, 21:10), who both finished in the top 20 for Peddie. Blanka Mularczyk ’27 (34th, 24:06) was the fourth runner to complete the 5-kilometer course while Annie Wang ’27 (35th, 24:23) and tri-captain Sophie Winn ’26 (36th, 24:28) worked together throughout the race and finished strong down the stretch to close out the Falcons’ entries.
Tri-captain Theo Salapatas ’27 (18th, 18:25) joined Meyer in the top 20 of the boys race while his fellow captains Dasyer Bullock ’26 (23rd, 18:59) and Ethan Sbarro ’26 (27th, 19:21) attacked the hilly middle mile of Blair’s course en route to solid finishes. Rohan Bhamidipati ’28 (34th, 20:48) ran a controlled, strategic race in his first varsity competition, while Leo Pan-Wang ’26 (36th, 21:32) proved his mettle with a gutsy performance coming off of an illness.
The Falcons next compete in and host the 2025-2026 MAPL Championships on Saturday, Nov. 1 at 1:30 p.m. at Peddie Golf Course. The day begins with the varsity boys race at 1:30 p.m., followed by the varsity girls race at 2 p.m. and closed out by the futures race at 2:30 p.m.
