Women of Peddie
Established in 2022, We Soar fosters personal growth, facilitating career networking and strengthening connections among all women associated with Peddie — alumnae and current and former employees and parents. This affinity network welcomes individuals who identify as women or feminine-of-center, including cisgender, transgender and non-binary individuals. We unite, celebrate and inspire Peddie women through a variety of initiatives and activities aimed at empowering our community.
Our Mission
Empowering Leadership: We support and encourage one another to become leaders within our communities. By sharing experiences, knowledge and resources, we help each other develop the skills and confidence needed to take on leadership roles in various spheres of life.
Acknowledging Achievements: We celebrate each other’s achievements and ongoing commitment to exemplary citizenship long after graduation from Peddie. Recognizing and honoring these accomplishments helps to inspire current and future generations of Peddie women to strive for excellence in all they do.

Annual Family Style Dinner
Join us for the We Soar Family Style Dinner and help us welcome our new We Soar Co-Chairs, Idara Umoren ’98 and Stephanie Smilowitz ’02, on Monday, April 13, 2026.
