Megan Zuckerman ’12 Honored for Volunteer Work

Megan Zuckerman ’12 has been honored by the New York Junior League (NYJL) as one of the Outstanding Volunteers for 2024, in recognition of her decade-long commitment to the NYJL.

The Outstanding Volunteer award is the organization’s highest honor and recognizes five women out of the 2,400-plus volunteers who exemplify a superior standard of excellence in volunteerism.

Over the years, Zuckerman has dedicated herself to various roles within the organization, including serving as the co-chair of the 120th Anniversary Cookbook Task Force.

Currently, Zuckerman is the public relations and events manager at IvyWise, an educational consultancy, where she manages media relations and coordinates various events.

Zuckerman credits her experience at The Peddie School for igniting her passion for volunteering. “My experience at Peddie heightened my interest in volunteering, and I would love to encourage other students and alumni to explore volunteer opportunities post-graduation as well.”
