Boys JV Tennis vs Blair Academy on 05/12/2025

The Peddie junior varsity boys tennis team (3-6-1) fell to Blair Academy, 4-2, at home. The Falcons got the win at third singles. Third singles was supposed to be split between Hari Pandya and Alex Cao. Hari lost his set, and Cao won his, 6-4, leading to a tiebreaker (7-6). But instead of the tiebreaker, they decided to play one more set and Cao won it. Yohei Sakamoto and Ruiqi Hong won at third doubles. They came back and won the second set, 7-5, and won their tiebreaker 10-2, but reported as 1-0 (one tiebreaker game only, 10-2). The Falcons next travel to Rutgers Preparatory School for the final match of the season on Tuesday, May 13 at 4 p.m.
