Thank you for your interest in joining us for the Peddie Summer Academy! We are excited to build a community of engaged, curious and confident scholars. Your completed application will include the form below plus:

Language proficiency requirement

Applicants for whom English is not their primary language are required to take the Duolingo English Test. This English proficiency test can be taken online, on-demand, in under an hour. The test is taken via a computer with a camera and includes a proficiency score, video interview and writing sample which are shared with Peddie Summer Academy when you send your results. Certified results are available within 24 hours of the test session. This requirement is waived for applicants who are currently attending a school where English is the primary language of instruction.

Important Information

Your application will not be considered complete until we receive the following:

A photo or screenshot of your most recent report card emailed to summeracademy@peddie.org.
Applicants for whom English is not their primary language are required to take the Duolingo English Test. This requirement is waived for applicants who are currently attending a school where English is the primary language of instruction.
The name and email address of one (1) classroom teacher that we can reach out to for a letter of recommendation. This recommendation must be completed by a classroom teacher who has taught you within the past year.
Your teacher will be sent a link to the recommendation form via email. Please make them aware of the recommendation request beforehand, so they can look out for an email from Peddie Summer Academy.
