Rowing
Peddie rowing welcomes all
Since 2006, Peddie Girls Rowing has qualified for seven USRowing Youth National Championships (2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2015), winning three golds (2006, 2007, 2009) and one silver (2008), with a close fourth place in 2011, thanks to an excellent coaching staff, state-of-the-art facilities, and tough, hard-working athletes. The boys team won a National Prep School Rowing Championship in 1992, along with its first ever medal (bronze) at Stotesbury Senior 4+ 2019, with another bronze earned in the same event in 2022. In 2018, the boys won its first-ever MAPL Championship. Peddie Rowing competes in both fall and spring. Fall is our long distance head race season with races covering 4,000-5,000km. Spring is our official sprint racing season with races over 1,500m-2,000m. Want to join? No experience necessary.
Show up, face your fears, choose the more difficult path. The rest will fall in place.”
