Capital Giving
Capital gifts transform the spaces where learning happens at Peddie. These investments in facilities and infrastructure create inspiring environments where students explore passions, pursue their dreams, build friendships and grow up in their home away from home. From cutting-edge labs to character-building athletic spaces, capital gifts shape the transformational Peddie experience.
Current Projects
Stadium Renovation Project

Peddie is making bold moves to elevate its athletics program. The Zhao and Li Family Fitness and Exercise Center, which opened last year, set a new standard for training and wellness. Now, it’s time to revitalize our outdoor facilities to meet the needs of today’s student-athletes and ensure Peddie remains a top destination for athletes.
After an 18-month review, a committee determined that our grass fields, built over agricultural land without modern irrigation or drainage, are unreliable for practice and games. Weather conditions make scheduling a challenge, and playing time is limited without lighting. We are eager to act now to remain competitive with our peer schools and provide the best possible experience for our athletes.
Our priority? Transforming the existing grass football field into a state-of-the-art synthetic turf field, increasing its usability from serving one team in one season to six teams year-round, including football, soccer, field hockey and lacrosse. Upgrading the turf and track surfaces and adding lights will more than double Peddie’s practice and playtime capacity, allow for night games and create a true hub for our athletic community. Additionally, modern in-ground irrigation will improve our grass fields for baseball and softball, and practice areas for football and soccer, while reducing water waste.
Our ability to provide this experience to current and future students is the direct result of support from people like you.”
Annenberg Hall Renovation

Every Peddie student spends more time in Annenberg Hall than in any other building on campus. The two main academic floors are the daily home of English, math and language classes, but they have not been significantly updated since 1993, with some features dating back as far as the 1970s.
Furthering our excellence in transformational education, now is the time to transform this
essential academic hub so that the spaces where students learn reflect the quality of the education they receive. Through a $3M refurbishment of Annenberg Hall, we will brighten and modernize classrooms and corridors, create ADA-compliant spaces for greater accessibility, and expand collaboration spaces that foster connection and creativity.
We invite you to invest in a project that will touch every Peddie student by providing:
- State-of-the-art, energy-efficient lighting
- ADA-compliant restrooms
- Reconfigured study alcoves
- Expanded spaces for cross-departmental collaboration
