Ava Ostrowski ’23: Navy Women’s Cross Country and Track and Field

Ostrowski finished fifth in the mile during indoor track with a season-best time of 5:38.50 at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational. She also recorded a season-best 3,000m time of 11:06.76 at the Navy Select. During outdoor track, she placed third in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 13:00.59 at the Navy spring Invitational. She registered a season-best of 12:44.39 in the event to finish sixth at the Navy Outdoor Invitational.
