Search Firm Selection

Dear Members of the Peddie Community,

I am excited to share the news that the national firm of Isaacson, Miller has been retained to assist Peddie in finding its next Head of School.

The Head of School Search Committee reviewed several proposals and interviewed three short-listed firms before selecting Isaacson, Miller to assist in the search. The search will be led by Katie Rockman, a partner in the firm and practice leader, along with her colleagues Berkeley Braden and Brian Burbank.

Isaacson, Miller will bring its broad network of academic and c-suite leaders to the search, as well as its dedication to recruiting from deep and diverse pools of candidates. In the coming weeks, the team will be on campus to hold conversations with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and parents as they get to know our wonderful community. This will lead to a carefully crafted position statement to be used to recruit candidates.

The nine-person Head of School Search Committee and Isaacson, Miller are developing a detailed timeline for the search. Their goal is to recommend the next Head of School to the Board of Trustees for approval in the fall of 2024. The new Head of School will assume the position on July 1, 2025.

This will be a busy and exciting time for Peddie as we work together to find the perfect person to serve as its 17th leader.
