This course is for experienced music students who want to develop their creative skills while preparing to take the AP Music Theory exam. Topics include figured-bass realization, four-part voice leading, form and analysis. The course emphasizes the mastery of aural skills, including rhythmic, melodic and harmonic dictation, as well as sight-singing.
All students are required to take the AP Music Theory exam in May.
