This is a hands-on project-based course where students work to solve open-ended challenges using the LEGO EV3 robotics platform. Students will develop hardware, software, and strategy in order to effectively meet the objectives of each challenge and complete complex tasks. Topics include mechanical systems, gearing, autonomous programming, sensors, and technical documentation. Prior computer programming experience and engineering design experience is not required for this course.
