There are so many opportunities that I can get here that I am not able to get anywhere else.
Three Peddie alumnae who serve on the Peddie Board of Trustees have been named to Private Equity International’s Women of Influence in Private Markets 2026 list. Published by PEI Group, the list recognizes women shaping the future of alternative assets, with honorees selected through industry and peer nominations and input from PEI’s editorial teams.
Davi was recognized in the Private Credit category for her leadership at Benefit Street Partners, Franklin Templeton’s private credit business. She oversees several key functions, including business development, legal, ESG and portfolio analytics, and has helped drive the growth of Franklin Templeton’s broader private markets business, including its acquisition of European direct lender Apera Asset Management. She is also a founding member of the Women in Private Credit industry group.
McGinty was recognized in the Private Debt category for her role in expanding Ares’ alternative credit business, which reported $59 billion in assets under management as of the second quarter of 2026. During her three years at Ares, she has helped drive more than $3 billion in transactions and advance the firm’s work in synthetic risk transfers.
Sutton was recognized in the Cross-Asset Class category for her expertise in sustainable and impact-focused investing. At Cambridge Associates, she focuses on investment research and works with institutional clients to build portfolios. She is also a thought leader on sustainable investing. Her other industry honors include New Private Markets’ 2026 Influencers in Sustainable Private Markets, the 2025 and 2026 Power100 lists, and Pensions & Investments’ 2024 class of Influential Women in Investing.
In addition to their professional achievements, Davi, McGinty and Sutton contribute their time and expertise to Peddie as members of the Board of Trustees.
“Chavon, Allison and Sara exemplify the kind of leaders Peddie hopes to graduate: curious, principled and ready to make a difference in their fields. Their service as trustees makes this recognition especially meaningful to our community,” said Head of School Jim Hamilton.
Peddie congratulates these three alumnae on this well-deserved recognition.
